How do I get started?
Call us at 980-237-1364 to discuss your scheduling needs. We will identify your scheduling needs, make an appointment to meet, go over pricing and confirm scheduling and safety guidelines. Then you will register and sign a transportation agreement specific to your needs.
What are your hours of operation and service areas?
Our Hours of Operation are Monday-Friday 6:30am – 7:00pm.
Currently servicing state Charlotte, Concord and Gaston county surrounding areas.
What are the age requirements?
We transport kids and teens ages 7 to 18 years old.
What is your cancellation policy?
A two week written notice is required to discontinue service.
All cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to pick up. Otherwise a $10 service fee will be added to your account if your child is not at the prearranged pick up location. Registration fee should say “Non-Refundable”.
